Use this page to Report Players, Officials or Clubs. Please be as explicit with your Report as possible. We have the opportunity to offer Players Automatic Suspensions for some matters, usually one or two matches. Below you will be presented with the choice but the final outcome will rely on the Player or Association as to the appropriate manner to proceed.

Please use one report for each Player etc. You may use this method of Reporting rather than having to deliver reports by hand to the Association. Reports MUST be given to the Club on the Final Day of the Match.
